Refund Policy

A practical guide to refund eligibility, return shipping, and how issues should be reported after delivery.

At MASS Sport & Fitness, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Section 01

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

The product received is damaged

The product received is incorrect

We replace products only when the delivered item is damaged or incorrect. Minor variation in color, finish, or display appearance is not treated as an incorrect delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Used or opened products

Products damaged due to misuse

Purchases made due to change of mind

Section 03

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, shipping costs will be shared 50/50 between MASS Sport & Fitness and the customer.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
